Can DasGro And Wellesse Be Taken Together?

Question : Hello Doctor. I would like to know if I can take wellesse liquid iron (http://www.wellesse.com/our-supplements/liquid-iron/) as a dietary supplement..I am currently taking dasgro (www.dasgro.com) multivitamins twice a day.would dasgro have any interaction with wellesse. I haven't checked my blood iron levels recently but when I got them checked a year ago, I was not diagnosed with iron deficiency. But since I am a vegetarian, I feel that I am not getting enough iron.Please suggest

Hello,

iron absorption can be impair when coadministered with calcium and vice-versa. Since dasgro contains calcium I would either suggest stopping one of them or taking them with at least two hours time difference.
