Can Digene Be Taken For Myasthenia Gravis?

Question : I am 52 years taking cellcept 500 mg morning and 250 mg evening for 3 years as treatment for mysthenia gravis.
Now for 10 days I have developed a digestive problem. Headache and gastric problem after taking a meal.
Please suggest can I take digene or any other medicine and precautions for this.

I have noted your clinical details. Digene is safe in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG). Similarly, if the doctors prescribe pantoprozole or rabeprozole for gastritis, they are also safe. For headache, you can take DOLO 650 as and when necessary.
