Question : can diltiazem cause tinnitus? will this tinnitus go away after discontinuing

hi, sorry maybe I did not explained myself correctly,
I am experiencing a annoying ringing in my ear
not dizziness or vertigo. can it go away after diltiazem
discontinuation.
