Can Dolo 650 Cause Fever And Diarrhea?

Question : Hi, My cousin sister is 24 years old and recently took an abortion pill. she had no complications and the pregnancy was terminated within 5 hours of taking mifegest and cytolog. she did not have any unusual side effects also for one complete day.bleeding is nil to neglgible. no smelly discharge. no pain. no burning sensations. no cramps . but one day later she took a walk in the sun, felt completely tired, and now has a fever and diarrhea. our Gyneac had prescribed 4 tablets of Dolo 650 which has been completed. the fever is now close 24 hours and is showing no signs of going down. Should i be worried? is it normal? what infections might be plausible? is the diarrhea caused by the DOLO 650? kindly advice.

Thanks for the quick and precise reply Doctor. Could i know if the persistent fever is serious? Following the same tablets should be ok? I also took her to the doctor, a different one this time and the doctor without knowing about the abortion has given 4 injections for the fever and the diarrhea. Will this contribute or worsen the fever or cause any further problems since it was given by the Gynaec without knowledge of the Abortion? The doctor treated it as a normal high fever and has given 4 injections one or two of them which is an antibiotic. I am not aware of the exact names of the injection. What other symptoms do i have to look for in case it is a serious infection? would it be treatable with just tablets or will it require hospitalisation in case of an existing infection.. please advice. thank you.
