Brief Answer:
Need to discontinue Doxycycline and follow up on renal function tests

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns

But unfortunately, Doxycycline is known to cause renal impairment with an increase in blood urea nitrogen and/or creatinine level. In some cases, it can lead to permanent kidney damage...

Hence, I would recommend that you stop Doxycycline and refer to your doctor to get a prescription for a replacement antibiotics for treatment..

I hope I answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
