Question : m 13 week. pregnant, just want to know for how long do I need to take dhuphaston tablet twice a day?

my gyne said to take it till 14 weeks only, my concern is when I stop taking it , will I start feel. cramp or bleeding, becoz I don't have this problem. till now may be becoz of this tablet only, will I have any aide effect if I stop taking this
