Not advisable.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic!
There are two main issues in combining Duromine (phentermine) with Lexamil (escitalopram) 10 mg. Firstly, Lexamil is usually prescribed in depressive and anxiety disorders, both of which can be aggravated by Duromine. Secondly, combining the two has a risk of developing serotonin syndrome. Lexamil increases the amount of serotonin in the body and Duromine also does the same, but to a lesser extent. An excess of serotonin in the body can cause serotonin syndrome which is a serious condition.
Because of both these reasons, I would suggest that you do not combine the two.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if you need any other clarifications.
Best wishes.
