                                    Brief Answer:
Eliquis used for coagulation
Detailed Answer:
Hi again, dear patient.
I am not sure what exactly means it: not feeling well. You are not in some advanced age and you should not feel unwell without some specific cause.
YOu wont feel any new symptoms if you start to take Eliquis since it does not have any effect on your general condition, mood etc.
It will only cause blood thinning which will reduce the risk of heat attack, stroke or leg thrombosis. Other medications are used for your heart condition or blood pressure for example and Eliquis will affect only coagulation. SO you should tell me about your symptoms more so I can help you.
Wish you good health. Regards

                                    Hi Dr, Rommstein,
Okay, I did make a mistake, I have not yet begun to take Eliquis, the only blood thinner I am presently on is Wayfarin, Sory. I got a bit disoriented in the shuffle back and forth from hospital to home. They do feel I would do better with blood thinners of some type. I feel alright with that. The main problem with Eliquis presently is the cost. They are very expensive for me. I live on a monthly Social Security check.

                                    Brief Answer:
You should not take both
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Well, you should not start Eliquis if you are still on Warfarin so only one blood thinner should be taken at time. It is expensive unfortunately but in most countries, patient pays just a small participation of 5%. Also, Xarelto may be cheaper a bit and it has the same action on blood thinning as. Eliquis. At last, Warfarin can always be continued if you are concerned about price. Benefits of Eliquis regarding leg thrombosis aren't better than Warfarin.
