I understand your concern..

Erytop applied locally over skin in small amount will not have much effect on pregnancy since the absorption is very less through the skin..

However content of erytop is erythromycin should never be consumed in the first trimester due to its adverse effect on fetus..

Though erytop locally is ok, for better safety, I will suggest you to switch over to clindamycin cream for local application over the pimple..
