Yes both ate frequently prescribed together and can be taken together with no significant interaction.
Actually Escitalopram is an anti depressant of SSRI group and Naproxen is a pain killer with Anti inflammatory action.
So we advise to take Naproxen as on when required basis only.
From my experience I can see that you might be taking these two for non specific joint pains or Headache.
You can take them.
