Brief Answer:
You can...However, be careful if you have diarrheal side effects!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Fleet enema may lead to low levels of magnesium and potassium which can cause irregular heart beats. This only occurs if you develop frequent and watery stools that causes low levels of these electrolytes.

Taking fleet enema while on amiodarone would require that you stay alert for any watery stools and correct by drinking much rehydration fluids such Gatorade. If any symptoms such as rapid heart rate, dizziness, feeling of passing out, etc develops, please talk to a doctor as soon as possible.

Staying physically active, drinking much fluids, eating much vegetables, fruits and vegetables would help regulate your bowel movements and prevent/alleviate constipation.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications from me if need be. Thanks for using our services.
