Percocet 5/325 x3 a day
Methylprednisolone XXXXXXX bedtime
Flomax morning
Escitalopram morning
Percocet 5/325 x3 a day
Methylprednisolone XXXXXXX bedtime
Brief Answer:
The medications are safe but the Percocet and Escitalopram have an issue
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back to HCM:
1. Why were these prescribed and which are the temporary ones?
2. Please note that the Citalopram and Percocet taken together or close to each other will impair judgment and therefore should not be taken when driving, using heavy machinery.
3. I suspect that the Percocet is temporary, I would take this as needed.
I hope this helps, good luck.

Thank you. Temp ones are methylprednisolone percocet and XXXXXXX I was worried about serotonin syndrome with percocet and citalopram. Is this a concern. Would you advise anyone to hold the citalopram while taking percocet?
Brief Answer:
Seratonin Syndrome is a rare side effect but it exists
Detailed Answer:
I would avoid the citalopram if at all you can help it.
This will eliminate the chances of developing serotonin syndrome, the more immediate more common effect is the impaired judgment and slow response in an emergent situation.
