Brief Answer:
Only in prolonged usage of drug.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Nice to meet you,

Yes, prolonged use of drugs like Flotral d (Alpha adrenergic blocker )can cause blurring of vision by altering refractive power of eye. In rare cases it might lead to Glaucoma (increase in intra ocular pressure) causing defective vision. The adverse effect are limited by dose monitoring.
So, It is advised to inform your treating physician if you experience any symptoms of blurring of vision or dizziness, otherwise it is completely normal and you can continue on the drugs.
Hope helped you,
