Question : could a male on flowmax take 5mg to 10 mg of Cialis for ed,when needed?

I do take other medications no nitratesLisinopril 10mg 1x daily 1.5mg of generic Xanax daily 10 mg generic Lipitor 1x daily 5mg of amlopidine 1x daily 75 mg of generic Plavix 1x daily 1 baby aspirin 1x daily 12.5 mg of chlorhydrothorazide 1x daily

hydrochlorchlorothiazide 12.5 mg not the one similar above 1x 12.5 mg daily sorry about that

Welcome and thanks for your query.
There is an interaction between Flomax and Cialis in that both produce vasodilatation and can decrease the blood pressure. So one has to be cautious and may need to reduce the other antihypertensive medicines as well.
