Question : Can I take a GABA supplement and ltheanine? I am currently taking Prozac 40 mg for Depression and Perphenazine 2mg for Anxiety. I am also on progesterone cream and taking 300 mg of 5htp at night.

Gaba supplements and l theanine can be taken along with prozac and other current medications as there is no contraindications for doing same.

Having said this I must also inform you that other than supplements you need to have regular exeecise to keep your depression and anxiety under control.
