My concern is my mum takes Ecosprin 150mg which is a blood thinner and Ginkgo Biloba is said to thin the blood as well. Will that be dangerous for my mother?
Brief Answer:
Not recommended
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Ginkgo biloba does have blood thinning properties and should not be given when the person is taking other medication which can cause blood thinning such as Ecosprin. So, I would not recommend using Ginkgo for your Mom who's already on Ecosprin.
