Question: I am using Glyco A cream for fairness , is this really works?

Glyco A contains glycolic acid which reduces photoaging, superficial wrinkles and dark patches on the skin.
It is not indicated for fairness purpose but overall leads to smooth texture of the skin and gives a rejuvenated appearance to the skin on long term use.
You need to be careful while using it as it can lead to irritation and redness.

Then please advise for for skin fairness i am also using skin sunscreen lotion, please advise to improve skin color when i can treat my self in home.

kojic acid & vitamin C one night and vitamin C serum alternate night

Hi!!I recommend my patients to use a high spf sunscreen on their entire face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time. At night I tell them to use a cream containing combination of kojic acid and vitamin C on one night and seum containing vitamin C on alternate night. Along with this I give them an antioxidant capsule.

You may trying to impress with your answer, but i want know the fact accurate answer, whether there is any medication that i can follow and get my skin fairer, since my skin color was same from my birth.

are they any melanin removal creams or medicines, at the same time i do not want use any side effected medicines. Do not worry about your feedback and reviews, i want the true answer.

No medicine can change your skin colour permanently, they can lighten it.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!! The medicines I have prescribed will improve your complexion and lighten your skin tone to some extent but don't expect that your natural constitutive colour will change. These medicines will help you to some extent and need to be used for a long duration.
There are glutathione containing capsules available in the market for fairness purpose but they need to be taken for atleast 6 months. They are expensive and their effects are temporary lasting for few months after discontinuation of the medicine.
There are no melanin removal creams or medicines available in the market that will change your skin colour permanently.
