Question : Thank you Dr. Guni. I appreciate your help and follow up. I am continuing to take my prescription as I have a 90 day supply. I am also now taking the Predoxin in hopes that within 30 days I may see positive results. I am hoping that the two aren't "cancelling each other out". Would you recommend a different prescription for my blood pressure that would not affect my testosterone levels?

Brief Answer:
About antihypertensive therapy;;

Detailed Answer:
Helllo,
There are studies confirming that HCTZ may cause low testosterone level in 1%-3% of cases who have been using it for more than 1 year.
The idea was to rule out HCTZ as a cause of ED.
Anyway, at your age low testosterone level is a common finding.
The antihypertensive therapy depends on your blood pressure. Would you please give some information regarding to your blood pressure values under and before treatment?
Do you have other pathologies?
Will be a pleasure to help you further.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
