Question : i was eating quinoa rice and while eating i notice i could not dissolve something in mouth than i believe that abject IN MY MOUTH while eating food was not food will i be in any hiv hep b,c risk

1 more question doc i had cuts on my back from shaving i was laying with a t shirt that was touching the sheet on my bed and than i was laying on the bed sheet with out the t shirt with my open cuts touching the sheet in same spot were the t shirt touched and since the t shirt came in contact to a pole on a train any hiv hep b,c risk
