Question : Hi..hello doctor... today.. i met one lady i kiss her neck for few seconds... i have one small wound in my lips... i kiss her neck only... and i mastrubation from her ..is there any chances from getting hiv ...i dont know her status about hiv...pls concern and reply

Kissing over the neck has no risk for HIV transmission even in the presence of an ulcer over the lip.
Masturbation is also a safest activity with regards to the transmission of HIV. You need not worry about HIV even if that girl has HIV infection.
