Can HIV Be Contracted After Taking Testosterone Supplement Used By An Infected Person?

Question : I have sinus issue and mucus in back of throat some times runny nose and glands swollen on and off currently swollen on both sides. Usually stays on left and right comes and goes. I have taken anti biotics once and it didnt do abything. I have had CT of sinuses and shows a little sinus issue but nothing major. This has been going on over 2 1/2 months. Sometimes i feel fatigue. My concern is that 5 months ago i bought some testosterone from a friend who he bought from his friend my friend has HIV they shipped this to me which took 5 days is it possible that they infected the testosterone and this is why i cant feel better? I dont think that would be the case or even possible. Need to feel better!

I have gone through your query; and most probably it is not possible that they infected the testosterone and your symptoms suggests that you may be suffering from the some inflammatory pathology.

But to rule out the other disease and to reach the near diagnosis you may go for
1. Routine haematological investigations.
2. Panendoscopy and
3. HIV1 and 2.

No need to worry, go for the above mentioned investigation and send me the report or consult with your doctor.

Is it impossible for testosterone to be effected and if in hot sun for a week lf travel?

Hot sun has no effect on HIV Virus

Hi,
I have gone through your follow up query; and for your kind information being insensitive to extreme cold, HIV virus requires heat and temperatures as high as 60°C to be killed or destroyed therefore hot sun have no effect on HIV virus.
