Can HIV Be Contracted Through A Dog Bite?

If a puppy nipped someone with HIV then nipped another person could the virus be passed?
My neighbor was playing with my puppy and the puppy may have nipped him while grabbing at his shirt, I saw what might have been a red mark but couldn't tell, it wasn't bleeding, at least not visibly. When I corrected my puppy it was nipping at me. I couldn't find any visible marks on my hands, and no blood was drawn, however I did feel his teeth on my skin. If the neighbor had hiv could this transmit this way, I have read several places on line like from the body.com that no it would be impossible. and I would assume it would require a more severe wounds and blood, which there wasn't.
Second: I have athletes foot and dry skin and my feet crack pretty bad, I think I stepped on semen in the gym shower, I know its gross but that's what it looked like. Once again I have read that this is a no risk situation, e/t would be dad and cracks in feet don't have access to blood stream I just want to verify.

So in the first case, there is no concern at all. There was no visible blood at all, but even if there was there wouldn't be a concern even if just a few minutes had passed.
In the second case, the cracks on my feet are huge and numerous. But they weren't actively bleeding, at the worst the big ones were pink on the inside, one of the small ones had dried blood. I assume that any bodily fluids like semen would be dead on the shower floor anyway killed by time and water. I am guessing it couldn't live more then a few minutes anyway.
