Question : If someone has another persons semen on their hand and then touches their own penis that has a cut can he get HIV? Cut is not huge and a couple days old.

Okay, thanks. Huge anxiety and sore neck. I think my mind is playing tricks on me. I don't even know if person was HIV and it was not in a sexual situation. It was in a shower at a gym and was pretty brie. To be honest I don't even know if I touched my penis with the hand that touched him.

This word present is mistakenly written. Even if he is HIV positive I don't see reason to be worried.

This way of transmission has not yet been reported by now so your throat sore is caused by something else. So don't worry.
