HIV is not transmitted through fomites or objects.

Also Skin is an effective barrier.
HIV virus does not survive outside for long.

So there is no possibility of transmission of HIV through roll on Deodorant's.

Saliva usually does not transmit HIV.The chances of transmission through oral route is very less.
So even if a person licks the roll the chances are nil. Moreover Virus does not survive too long in environment.
