Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

HIV transmission occurs through blood or body fluids like semen and vaginal discharge. To transmit HIV through saliva almost more than half litter of saliva should be transmitted. In French kissing it is not possible. Practically no transmission of HIV through French kissing if oral mucosa is intact of both persons.
