Question : Hello doc.. am homosexual today I had given a handjob with gloves on and rubbed bodies against each other intense. I was on cloths during entire period but after half an hour or so I got a small cut on the hand.. am worried about HIV and STD plz let me know if any kind of test is needed

There is no risk of STDs with this particular physical contact

Hello,

There is no risk of acquiring any STDs including HIV by performing a handjob. Moreover, your hands were gloved and therefore protected while performing the handjob and you sustained the cut after sometime.

Therefore, there is no risk of contamination of the wound/cut. Body rubbing is not a risk of transmission of STDs. STDs are only transmitted through unprotected sex, either vaginal, anal or oral sex. There is no need to screen for STDs / HIV.
