Question : A friend of mine said she had unprotected sex with her boyfriend and swallowed some of his urine. She is scared she can get HIV from the urine (if he has HIV). And she said he is on ""dust"" drugs. Can she come up positive for drugs with a urine test of her own since she did thia?? She is quite scared.

She just got hired on a company and had to take a urine test. She's scared it's going to come up positive for whatever he is on

Based on her history, I think she should know that cannot get HIV from swallowing his urine but the risk of HIV exists only from unprotected sexual intercourse.

There exists a little to no risk to have a positive test for drugs after this situation.
