Question : If I have sex with multiple partners & if they donot have HIV or Aids than is it any risk of HIV??

Having multiple sexual partner is high risk activity for HIV. If you are absolutely sure that your partners do not have HIV than the risk is not there but still as your friend I will advice you to stay away from such unsafe sexual practices to prevent the future risk of HIV and other STDs.

& if they have STDs not HIV than is there a risk of HIV, because I heard that if my partners have STDs it will combine & transfer into HIV, is it true??

It is very difficult to know whether your partner was positive or not, specially when there are multiple of partners. The best way is to get tested at regular interval after the exposure to confirm your status.
