Brief Answer:
Risk of contracting HIV is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The risk of contracting HIV infection is greatest when practicing unprotected sex.
The transmission of HIV virus occurs by sexual route- oral, vaginal or anal sex.
The virus can transmitted via the broken skin.
The virus does not transmit via intact skin.
In your case, there is no mention of contact with mucus membrane like oral mucosa, vagina or anal mucosa.
Besides there is no penetrative sex.
Thus, the chances of contracting HIV is negligible.

Thanks and take care

Am I 100% safe. After that she brought a very hot towel and cleaned everything and I don't know how good is the towel that means i don't know whether it is already used or not. Am I completely out of danger with the ejaculation and hot towel or am I still at risk please clarify
doctor
Answered by Dr. Shailja Puri (5 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Cleaning with hot towel will not transmit HIV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
An ejaculation does not lead to transmission of HIV infection.
Cleaning with a hot towel also does not lead to transmission of HIV infection.
HIV virus is very fragile.
It cannot survive long after loosing contact with human body.
Thus, there is negligible risk of HIV.

Hi doctor thanks for clarifying my question. I want to know for my knowledge if she do the ejaculation with her bare hands is there any chance of getting HIV and if the person I mean the lady is having HIV and she did it with her bare hands then what is the probability. I felt like that I am cheating my wife it was a weak moment which I couldn't resist. I don't want to repeat this massage thing again.

So now can I have sex with my wife With out transmitting anything to her
doctor
Answered by Dr. Shailja Puri (9 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Chances of transmitting HIV are negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Considering the woman to be HIV positive, the chances of HIV transmission are negligible even if you ejaculated on her bare hand.
You can get HIV testing to clear your doubts.
If the test comes out to be non-reactive you can continue with your sexual life without transmitting anything to her

Hi doctor I went for HIV test today and I got the result as below

Method is Rapid test for detecting and differentiating anti HIV-1 and anti HIV-2 antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma with an Imunoenzymatic technique.
Result
1. Anti HIV 1 Ig G Antibodies: NON-REACTIVE.
2. Anti HIV 2 Ig G Antibodies: NON-REACTIVE.
What does it mean? Does it mean HIV negative. Please help me

So can I have sex with my wife safely now?

Hi doctor,

I want to ask one more time on 30 Nov I went to massage center she ejaculated me with bare hand that's it and she didn't do anything more than that. On 20 Dec I went to HIV test I sent the results already, I got the test result as negative the result I sent in the previous message please have a look on it.

My question is do I have to go again for HIV test to confirm whether am I safe or not?

Actually when should HIV test to be done and in my case is one time test enough because she only touched my penis with her hand and she made me to ejaculate.

In your opinion what should I do?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Shailja Puri (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Second HIV test is not required

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The act which you have described i.e. touching the penis does not carry any risk of transmitting HIV infection.
A single HIV test has ruled out HIV infection and there is no requirement for another HIV test.
You can relax since there is no risk of HIV infection.

Thanks and take care
