Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity With Same Gender?

Question: Hi doctor. i went for a massage about 9 days ago. the guy that massaged me, masturbated with me. there was ejaculation from both of us. there was no sexual intercourse. I am not sure of his HIV Status. Is it possible for me to get HIV from this activity ? There was sperm ejaculation from us both but no intercourse

Yes, there was no sexual intercourse , only mutual masturbation with ejaculation.

He ejaculated on my stomach, there was contact with this semen on my stomach, does this carry any risk ?
