Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity

Question: dear doctor, 2 weeks ago I had body to body massage and there was a genitals touch and rubbing for very short time without penetration and I'm sure there is no open sores on my body then I ejected on her chest..now I started feeling some HIV Symptoms ( sore throat, tiredness and stomach ache with gas..No fever or rashes)
1. is there any need of hiv test, can Ive unprotected sex with my wife? what my chances of get hiv virus from this??
2. does this symptoms related to hiv infection???

I have gone through the details.

The chances of transmission of HIV by body massage or by skin to skin contact is nil.
As there is genital contact there are chances of secretions coming in contact.The chances of HIV transmission by unprotected intercourse is 1/200 to 1/1000.So here the risk is further lower.
As there are no ulcers or wound the chances is almost nil.
There are chances of transmission of STDs like herpes.It is higher if there was active lesion at the time of contact.
You can go for HIV 1&2 RNA PCR at this stage and other STDs test to relieve your anxiety.

You can wait for results or else use condoms.
The symptoms are non specific and are not related to HIV. It may be due to any respiratory contact with any person.

Thanks for your answer, in my country it's very expensive to have like this test....However, so you think hiv can be transmitted by genitals touch without any sex intercourse and even my penis was horizontal stand .....how the hiv related sore throat and stomach ache ???

Thanks doctor, I'm quite sure at the time of my ejection and after that there was no genitals touch ....so the hiv symptoms more severe and should with fever and rashes .....Thanks again
