Brief Answer:
Get tested for sexually transmitted infections only if symptoms appear

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. If she has massaged, sat on your groin and masturbated you then there is no risk of HIV AIDS.

2. However if she had any open sores or rashes in her genital region that has come in contact with your skin then there is a small risk of sexually transmitted infections.

3. If you have any symptoms in the genital regions like burning urination, discharge from penis, rashes or pain in the genital region then please get tested for sexually transmitted infections. There is no need to get tested for HIV if there was no sex including oral or vaginal.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Inserting a finger in your anus for 15 seconds is unlikely to cause any risk for sexually transmitted disease.

2. As the girl was totally nude, it would be important to know if she had any open sores on her genitals or mouth and if such a sore area made contact with your skin during rubbing. Please get tested for STDs after 30 days for peace of mind.

3. Since you have mentioned that there was no contact between your penis and vagina therefore there is no risk of HIV infection.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
