Question: I AM FREAKING OUT. Please help me! Four years ago i gave this guy oral sex for at most 2 minutes. I dont know if he had HIV/STD. I am so scared please help me.

The risk of transmission of HIV/STD through oral sex is very lower than that of vaginal and anal penetrative sex as per CDC, XXXXXXX
Presence of oral disease and gum disease could increase the chances of getting HIV. Otherwise it is very low.
It is already past 4 years. Till now you don't have any symptoms. So chance of STD is almost nil.
You can opt for a HIV test boldly and get ruled out the least possibility of HIV get relieved from your mental tension. It will turn out to be non-reactive.
