Can HIV Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?

Question: 3 days ago, I received a massage from a prostitute and the girl started performing oral sex on me without a condom. The oral sex only last 30 seconds and she put her saliva on my penis before I made her stop. She used her breasts to get me to ejaculate on. I went home and showered and urinated within 20 minutes. She mentioned she also does "full service" but only with protection. But apparently she doesn't use protection with oral sex. It's only been 3 days and I have no symptoms or pain in my genital region. But I have not been able to sleep, work, or hardly eat since the event because of possibly getting an STD or even HIV. I've been married for 10 years and this is the first time I've done anything stupid like this. I've only had sex with 3 different women and it was only unprotected with my wife. How concerned should I be about getting a STD and should I get tested? If so, when?

Thanks for posting your query.

The chances of transmission of STD from Oral sex is very less ( especially for HIV ) so don't worry.

But it is always advisable to get tested for the STD. You need to get tested for Herpes, Chlamydia , Gonorrhoea right now or tomorrow, and get tested for HBV DNA, Western Blot test for HIV , HCV RNA after 2 weeks.

If possible try to know the HIV status of the Girl and till then avoid sex with your wife or use protection.
