Brief Answer:
there no chances of HIV infection in your type of exposure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the possibility of HIV after the incidence. Let me reassure you first that there no chances of HIV infection in your type of exposure.

Now to tell you scientifically regarding the your situation:

The complete act was done with clothes on. In such a situation it is practically and clinically not possible to acquire any infection.

HIV infection spreads through blood or genital fluid contact. It can not penetrate the intact skin and that too with the clothes on. There must be cuts or abrasions through which the fluid or blood must come in contact.

So kindly rest assured about chances of any sexually transmitted infections or HIV infection. Enjoy the day.

thanks a lot Dr....really appreciate your swift and derailed response ...just wanted to mention that I felt his Penis pushing my anal area....though we both had pants and underwear on ....also I have a small lymph node on my left side of the neck ....it is very small in size....that had made me even more worried ....what if his semen penetrated through my pants and moistened the mucous of my anus ? also is kissing a risk.....he licked my body as well ...it just tested 5 weeks back...It was a 4th Gen duo test ...and was around 8 days after this exposure....but I don't wanna get pricked again ....is there any connection between my node and hiv ?

Brief Answer:
No correlation of any part with HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for posting your further concern.

Based on all the details you have given, still the chances of acquiring HIV is negligible. There is no correlation of single lymph node with HIV or your recent incidence. In serconversion of HIV we observe mutiple lymph nodes and not a single one.

Though your test result is quite satisfactory and encouraging but for all practical purpose we give a minimum baseline of 3 months. In my opinion there is no need to get the test again but for the part of academic purpose it could be repeated anytime after 3 months from the day of exposure.

Kissing your body has also got no relationship with HIV. Hiv never spreads by kissing.

Allay all your fears for HIV and relax yourself.

Brief Answer:
No practical possibility of HIV in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for posting your further concern.

Penetrative could never occurs with pants or underwear on. It is practically impossible to get such kind of situation.

For the part of semen going in an us in above situation : it is again not possible because of the clothes on. There are multiple layers of clothes between the semen ( if ejaculated ) and the anal mucous membrane. I quite often counsel such kind of cases where the individual is really worried. But practically the semen could not reach the anal mucous membrane in such above situation.

So allay all your fears for HIV and relax.

I hope this helps.
