HIV transmission require exchange of body fluids Oral sex is not safe contrary to belief that it is safe. The infections possible by oral are Herpes, HPV, Helatitis A, Chlamydia, shingella, Syphilis are known risk and possible risk is of HIV and Hepatitis B , I suggest you to check yourself for these infections after 10-12 days of exposure
