Brief Answer:
Risk is Minimal

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

The risk of contracting hepatitis B from oral sex as a male is minimal. This is because you receive nothing. The person who is at greater risk is the lady. Because she was putting on a condom, the chances are even further lower than and very minimal. Be calm and relaxed about this. The best approach to hepatitis B now is vaccination. It takes 3 injections over a month and that is done and you would not have to worry about this again.

Sex with a prostitute is high risk. Always work as hard as possible to protect yourself. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

it has passed 3 days since exposure, if potentially any infection happened, am I already now contageous and will vaccination at 4-5 days after exposure help prevent further developement of virus?

Brief Answer:
You are not contaious at this time!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you were contaminated, then you would need time for the virus to multiple to reasonable levels before you can become contagious.

Vaccination at this time would elp but what matters most now could be immunoglobulins which are refined and packaged antibodies against this virus.
However, I don't really think you could have contracted Hep B from that encounter unless otherwise.

I wish you well. Always available to address your concerns is any.
