Question: Dear Doctor
I am a 41 years healthy adult male staying in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Recently i had travelled to Bangkok on 18th July with my friends for a vacation. After arriving my friends forced me to take a Body to Body soapy / nuru message at one of the message parlors in Bangkok. After selecting one of the lady massager, she asked to remove all the clothes. She also removed all the clothes and was nude with me. She gave me a hot water shower bath and washed my genitals with body shampoo. She also gave me a mouth wash to rinse my mouth. Similarly she also used the mouth wash and washed her body with hot water and her genitals with body shampoo. After that she asked me to lay down on my chest on the wet mattress, poured hot water and applied again the body shampoo. She also applied the body shampoo to her breast / front body. Post that she started rubbing my back, bottoms (dick) with her breast. During the act she rubbed her vagina (genitals) on by bottoms / dick. I could feel hairy genitals being rubbed against my bottoms. This session lasted for about few seconds. Later she got up poured hot water and washed my back.
Later she asked me turn with my back down and chest up. She again applied the body shampoo and started rubbing her breast to my body. Before she could do this I covered by genitals / penis with my both hands so that her vagina would not touch mine. However there hairy genitals rubbed by hand for few seconds. She realized the same and moved away and washed with hot water. There were not any scars or cuts on my right hand where her genitals came in touch.
Later she asked me if I need any blow job. She put a condom on my penis and gave me a blow job. After the climax she removed the condom with a tissue paper and again washed by genitals with the shampoo and water. She asked me If I was interested in having sex with her which I denied. I did not have any sort of vaginal or anal sex with her. I got up took a hot water bath and left.
Doctor need to know that will I be infected with HIV by rubbing of her genitals to my back bottoms and hands. I do not know if any secretions from her vagina had happened and entered my body through back bottoms / anus / through hand. Kindly advise if I do need to take any HIV or other test.
Regards
doctor

Brief Answer:
No chance of getting HIV infection in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic.

I have read all your story and narration as said by you and will give you the answer.

First of all,I would like to tell you that HIV and STDs infection occurs only when our mucosa linings in the mouth, vagina, penis or rectum come in contact with blood or bodily fluids such as semen, vaginal fluid and rectal fluid that can contain HIV and STD virus.

Here in your case,if there is no cut or scratch or even bruise on your genitals skin then you need not to worry about HIV infection.

If that girl rubbed her vagina to your genitals, still there is no direct contact of body fluids to the mucosal surface of the body. So,I do not think there is any chance of getting HIV or even any other STDs.

Through bare hands or bare body skin, the virus (HIV or other STD) can not get transmitted into other's blood circulation.

Also,The materials used to make most condoms such as latex, polyurethane and polyisoprene do not allow bacteria, viruses or other germs to pass through them.

Therefore condoms act as a barrier to HIV and STDs infection by preventing the mouth, vagina, penis and rectum from being exposed to bodily fluids such as semen, vaginal fluid and rectal fluid that can contain HIV and STDs,so in that case (oral sex),there is also no chance of getting HIV.

Therefore,do not bother and be rested.

Hope this will help you and if any doubt then you can ask me.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip

Thank you doctor for your reply. The girl had earlier was my body genital buttoms with body shampoo and hot water. She was rubbing her body with the body shampoo on our bodies. Immediately after that she had poured water and washed off my back. So shampoo and water should also act as barriers if any secretion had happened. Also I had noticed the girl was not in her periods when she removed her clothes.
Request your inputs

Brief Answer:
See the explanation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.

Shampoo and water actually washed the body secretions like sweat, saliva or genital fluids but they are not actually barriers.

Here,in your case if you had not any cut, wound or even bruise over the body then there is no chance of any virus (HIV or STDs) getting to into your blood circulation irrespective of that girl was in her periods or not.

So,do not worry and have a healthy life.
