Brief Answer:
You acts carry a negligible risk for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query
You had no anal o Vaginal penetrative sex. Your oral sex was also a protected one. It had almost nil risk for HIV/STD infection.
Body to body rubbing also had no real risk for HIV /STD. As both had taken bath before these activities, the wetness was possibly due to water only. In case her genitals touched with your Penis or the wetness was due to her Vaginal fluid, then also the HIV transmission risk was negligible only as per CDC, XXXXXXX
Your symptoms are not specific to HIV, can be due to anxiety. Possibility of latex allergy has to be thought of with regards to the Reddish rashes over Penis and thigh.
Test for HIV is not necessary for you. If at all, you want to rule out HIV infection, have the PCR test 3 weeks after the episode. PCR by 10 days is reliable, but consider more conclusive by 3 weeks after that incident.

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As I mentioned already, Penis contact with vagina during body rubbing without any penetration and just a contact with Vaginal fluid carry a negligible risk for HIV infection as HIV cannot live outside the body fluids and transmission facilitates by microscopic injuries caused during sexual activities. An intact skin offers a degree of resistance to HIV transmission.
Rashes might be due to condom allergy.
Earliest manifestations of HIV can occur 4-6 weeks after the exposure, not earlier than this. So your symptoms are not related to HIV /STD. Consult a Dermatologist for the skin rash and get well soon. Protected oral sex has no risk for HIV /STD.

thanks doctor for your kind reply. I forgot to mention you an important thing. two days before the exposure I shaved my penis and while shaving I had two tiny nicks in scrotum and it bleeded and stopped in seconds and there is no visible mark or cuts. while performing oral sex csw girl licked my scrotum continuously and is there any risk in that. is there any threat of hiv passing through the tiny shaving XXXXXXX happened two days before exposure. pls advice me doctor

Brief Answer:
HIV risk is negligible only.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I can understand your concern.
HIV concentration in human saliva is inadequate to cause a new infection to anybody unless it is contaminated with blood as in case of some oral pathology. Moreover all the CSW are not HIV positive. Even if you had some injury over your scrotum, the risk of HIV through contact with saliva is negligible only.
Not to worry.

Brief Answer:
DNA PCR test after 3 weeks is ideal for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
You don't need a test for HIV.
But sometimes if you have not seen a non-reactive HIV report, you will be disturbed in mind in future even for small illness.
DNA PCR test after 3 weeks is ideal and more reliable at the earliest possible time.

Brief Answer:
Test will become non reactive. Have it after 3 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back. I am sure that you will get a nonreactive result. Because of that, I recommend you to have the test.
Preferably take up the test after 21 days.
It will be highly reliable.
This will rule out HIV 1 infection which is common throughout the world except certain parts of XXXXXXX up to more than 99%. The prevalence of HIV 2 is less than 0.5%. If you want to rule out HIV 2 also, you have to take up a separate test (qualitative HIV 2 specific RNA PCR) available in very few labs.
Antibody detecting test can rule out both HIV 1 and 2 with a single test, but will become positive only after the window period (6-8 weeks, up to 12 weeks).

I have browsed the internet regarding red rashes and it shows rashes can be caused by genital herpes. Is there any chances for genital herpes from my exposure? Will herpes pass through when using condoms and scrotum licking. Kindly clarify doctor. Thanks in advance pls help me

Answered by Dr. Sankaranantham Murugan (34 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
HSV 1 can be transmitted through oral contact.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Herpes simplex infection occurs as small grouped vesicles and later developed as grouped tiny ulcers.
It is possible to acquire HSV 1 infection through scrotal licking, but on scrotum only and not on protected Penis. HSV infection through condom is a very rare possibility.
