Question : I idiotically decided to have sex with an escort she assured me she used condoms with all her clients and I used a condom during the vaginal intercourse after sex I took the condom off and threw it away. I washed my penis in the shower at the hotel and went home and took showers with antibacterial shower gel and bleach afterwards. Note: Uncircumcised and wondering what my HIV risks are? I bought a test kit today as well

You had a protected vaginal sex. Spouses of HIV positive individuals remain HIV negative for years together with their regular and consistent condom usage. We, HIV physicians advise our patients to have protected sex with their Spouses and follow them years together. They are very safe and free from HIV. Moreover there is every chance for your sex partner is free from HIV infection as they are well aware of the risk involved in their profession and used to take adequate precautions and have periodic check ups. So you need not worry much. Testing for HIV will be reliable after the window period.
