Question : I had sex with a woman (first time with her) last night. I was not fully erect, so our vaginal sex lasted about two minutes. When I pulled out, I noticed the condom had come off. It apparently had come off while inside her, since she had to fish it out. She was meticulous about making sure I wore a condom, insists she is disease free, and has offered to take a blood test. What should my HIV concern be?

The chances of transmission of HIV by single unprotected intercourse with a HIV positive person is 1/200 to 1/1000.It is very low. The chances with Condom failure is further low.
If she is negative there is no chance.
You can get her tested for HIV to allay fears.
You can also get STDs tests including HIV done as a baseline.
