Question: Hi Doctor,
Today at 1.30 AM,i was drunk, touching the hooker left breast in my right hand(which was stuffed with tight clothes to make it appear big, for 10 sec and then right breast for around 4 sec(both not visible as we were travelling in the auto).I did not feel any blood stains or breast milk at that moment(I had not seen the breasts and am not sure if she has wound).I am worried if I had accidentally touched my eye with hiv blood or breast milk, also I went to pee after 5-8 min upon touching the breast(where the blood might contact urethera).
Can i take pep for the above situation

Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV. Pep not required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query
HIV is not transmitted by skin to skin contact. So there is no possibility of transmission of HIV.

Moreover there are no cuts/ ulcers in either of you. So there is no risk.

It is unlikely for virus to get transmitted to your hand by contact, and then getting introduced to your eye/ genitals.

Please allay fears of HIV.
In my opinion there is no need for pep in such situations.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
No possibility of HIV transmission.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you for follow up query.

If there is open wound there is possibility of HIV transmission. It is unlikely that HIV can enter through pimples .

It is unlikely for blood or breast fluid to come in contact with your hand.I do not see any risk of HIV transmission.

You can get back for any clarification with clear photos of lesions.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
I do not see possibility of HIV transmission.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I have gone through the photos.
I do not see any open wound or ulcer.
I do not see any possibility of HIV transmission.

The tiny vesicles seen may be due to irritation or due to over cleaning or allergy.
I would have suggested gentle soap or cleansers.
If they persist then need to consult doctor.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
