Question : Hi, I'm a male and got in contact with a woman via internet. We met at her place and I gave her a massage. We had some foreplay and my penis touched her vagina. It didn't go inside but there was contact. Should I worry about HIV infection. We are 6 weeks later and had some difficulties to sleep (maybe stress), I had 1 night that I was sweating (maybe possible also because it was the 1st warm day and still sheets for the winter on the bed and the XXXXXXX on) and 1 day that I had a very dry mouth. 5 days later I had a dry mout again. I'm very scared.

You are not at risk of HIV, due to this episode.
know her HIV status or get her tested to allay fears.
You can get all STDs tests as a baseline. You can also get HIV Duo or Combo test now to allay fears of HIV.
The symptoms are non specific and not due to HIV.

Thank you Doctor for your answer. Is there even not a possibility when there was contact with some of her vaginal fluid and my penis? What about the symptoms of dry mouth or night sweating? Thank you for your concern.

Thank again for the answer. But it was the glans of my penis that got in contact. Is that not a problem or is the contact too short? I try to relax :-)
