Can HIV Be Contracted Through Sterilized Endodontic File Usage?

Question: Doctor I recently had a root canal treatment. I am quite sure that the dentist used new syringe and needles to numb my teeth. But my fear is from the root canal files he used. Although he dipped those files in spirit but I am scared. Can there be any chance of. HIV infection from these files? Does spirit kills the HIV virus?

The root canal started 2 weeks ago and today I am having mild fever like feeling. Is it early sign of HIV or is it normal? Should I get tested? What is the window period for HIV TEST?
