Question : I receives oral sex from a girl I have been casually seeing and then followed by protected vaginal sex two days ago. I recall during oral sex that she was particularly spending a lot of attention on the tip of my penis. Today I was at the gym running on the treadmill and felt a pain in the tip of my penis. It seemed to be rubbing right on the seam of my boxer briefs. I actually cut my exercise short as it was painful and noticed blood in my underwear at the seam and my meatus was all red and irritated on one side. A few hours later there is no blood or discharge but still sore and slightly red irritated across one side. Is this a sign of std or just irritation?
Brief Answer:
Consult a Dermatologist and get well soon
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had protected Vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV /STD. An insertive partner would be likely to get yeast infection and Herpes Simplex infections rather than other STDs.
In Yeast infection one can get redness and discomfort or pain sensations over glans Penis.
A close inspection and certain investigations will confirm the diagnosis and rule out other STDs. So consult a Dermato-venereologist and get well soon.
