                                            Question : Hi Doctor,
I recently went on a date with an acquaintance of an acquaintance whose HIV status I am not aware.
This was my first sex experience.I used a condom throughout my intercourse for about 1 minute. However, after I ejaculated, I continued to thrust for about 10 seconds and after finishing I pulled out and my penis became significantly softer ( perhaps even as I was pulling out), to where the condom only covered perhaps half of my penis shaft, and not to the base. I remember the head of the penis and foreskin still was covered. Am I at risk of contracting HIV? Will I contract HIV if the viginal fluid came into contact with the skin on my penis shaft. I also remember, my penis shaft skin was intact. Kindly advise.
I usually have a phobia towards sex and was diagonised with nosophobia/Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and getting treated for that.
Regards,
xxxxx

You are risk free from HIV so don't worry.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
The HIV virus is not transmitted through intact skin so you need not to worry at all because you are absolutely free from HIV. It is just the phobia towards sex which was making you think like this. So be relaxed and move ahead in life happily.
Thank You

                                    Hi Doctor,
I remember that by mistake my mouth came into contact with her nipple for about 2 to 3 seconds. I do not know whether she would produce milk and I do not know whether there was any breast milk which came into direct contact into my mouth. As an adult am I at risk of HIV transmission on this event.
