Can HIV Be Transferred Through Preseminal Fluid?
Question: Hello. I am hiv+ and undetectable. If i have preseminal fluid on my penis and rub it on my partners anus is there a risk of infection with out penetration? What if he has s hemorrhoid?

I am hiv+ and undetectable. My partner has a hemorrhoid. It was bleeding a little but it is internal. I did not penetrate. Is there a risk and if so how great?
