Can HIV Be Transmitted By Food Or Water?

Question : If someone maliciously put drops HIV infected blood in your drink of water, can you become infected ? The reason I ask this is because , I think someone that I had a problem with may have done it to me. I think this act was done 5 months ago. I was alerted buy a unknown phone call. Thank you for taking my question.

There is a remote possibility of transmission if there are open wounds in oral cavity.
