Brief Answer:
HIV does not transmit from saliva
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
HIV does not transmit from saliva. You can be reassured that you didnot get HIV by this route.
But other viruses like hsv etc can transmit. Kindly upload a photo of rash so that I am better able to help you.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the photo. The rash is mildly raised skin around the follicles. Its not suggestive of HIV, HSV or even folliculitis. Do let me know if you develop any new symptoms.
I would suggest to send swab from Eye discharge for culture and sensitivity (at a microbiological laboratory) to find any bacterial cause. If there is no bacteria, then its probably some mild virus that will go away on its own in few days. A complete blood count can also be done. But I don't see a reason to test for HIV or any other sexually transmitted disease.
Hope it clears your doubt.
