Can HIV Be Transmitted Through The Mucous Membranes?

Dear doctor,
I have booked the hotel on first day and checked in but I don't have stayed in first night. Next morning I went back and masturbate on the bed and cover by bed sheet, while I was doing that, my finger touched something on the bed sheet which felt cold, I not sure that is air cond cold and make me for illusion or that's somebody semen/sperm. Could i know the urethra got mucous membrane? Is it possible infected me by urethra?
